3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on the 666pgame Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 666pgame uses sophisticated duplicate-detection systems and regularly audits its account database. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended immediately, and any balances or bonus funds associated with those accounts may be forfeited in full.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering for a 666pgame account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the 666pgame Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 666pgame does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change until the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.

666pgame reserves the right to withhold any winnings and close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where evidence of prohibited conduct is confirmed, all balances — including real money and bonus funds — may be permanently forfeited.

All content on the 666pgame Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, game assets, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666pgame International Limited or its licensed third-party suppliers. This content is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 666pgame Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 666pgame brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any part of the Platform's content or software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666pgame International Limited and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part of it, including during live betting events.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or account balances caused by technical malfunction.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your 666pgame Login credentials.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 666pgame's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits 666pgame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 666pgame is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 666pgame account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your 666pgame account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tools available in your account dashboard. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (subject to any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, following completion of identity verification.

13.2 Termination by 666pgame

666pgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In the event of termination for cause, 666pgame may, at its discretion, retain any balance in the account pending investigation.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14 — shall remain in full force and effect following account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666pgame International Limited holds its gaming licence. By using the 666pgame Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
